London Fashion Weekend ~Part 1

On Friday 20th September, I went to London Fashion weekend at Summer Set House. I found it absolutely amazing and I loved it! I saw 4 different catwalks. They were: Pretty in Pink, Back to Nature, Shape up and Victoriana. I unfortunately missed Mollie King from 'The Saturdays' as I arrived at 2.30 pm and she was only there until 1pm.
This was a cushion I liked in the Bueno chocolate lounge.

This was some of the free food on offer. It was a spicy rice cake with Guacamole and Peppers on top. At first I thought it would be disgusting but it was really nice.

Unfortunately all my other images of Michelle and Liz got deleted. Michelle Humphrey is the woman on the left and Elizabeth McGovern is the woman on the right.

I saw 2 Maybelline UK professionals. They were Michelle Humphrey (A Professional Nail specialist) and Elizabeth McGovern (A Professional Make-up artist). There will be 4 trends which will be: 'Aerodynamic', 'Pure Enhancement', 'Popping Pout' and 'Elegant Punk'. The Aerodynamic focus on eyes, the Pure Enhancement focus on giving a natural look, The Popping Pout focuses on Lips and the Elegant Punk focuses on Eyes. Elizabeth (Liz) said that she recommends the new Brow Drama as it gives you Feral brows, It doesn't leave lines when you use it and it gives you Crisp eyebrows, The Baby Lips lip balm in Cherry as not only does it smell of cherry, it tastes like cherry and gives you a natural pink lips, The Fit Me Foundation as it looks very natural. Liz also gave some beauty tips, here are a few: When you do eyeliner have a mirror below you, so that you are looking down which makes the eyeliner easier to do. Michelle said that during Autumn and Winter Half Moon nails were always going to look fashionable and I think they look amazing. Michelle does How To nails tutorials on the MaybellineNYUK youtube channel. Below is one of here How To nails tutorials. It is the Pop Art nail.

There were loads of things to buy. Although many of the things were quite expensive, I brought a cute bag for £4, A Maybelline 'Popping Pout' kit for £10, An Elle Magazine for £1 and the Sister by Sibling official London Fashion Week bag for £10. As well as the things I brought, there were lots of free things, such as: Bueno Chocolate, Nail Varnish (for Vodafone customers only), Makeovers, Manicures and for those who brought the ticket without the catwalk, there was also a free Sister by Sibling bag. Maybelline were also doing free Nail and Make-up makeovers which looked stunning.

These are some of the Maybelline Make-up artists doing makeovers.

This what what I got done in my Nail makeover but I didn't get a full makeover, just the nails.

I will write part 2 for next week. It will be on the Catwalks and more.
